Damien Ledermann is an attorney-at-law, member of the Geneva bar.

Before joining Lemania Law, Damien Ledermann worked in the corporate tax department of a large Big Four company, advising global firms on tax optimisation strategies, negotiation of rulings with the Swiss tax authorities, and litigation matters. He has also worked for a young healthcare company as a legal and business analyst, contributing to legal activities in relation to business development and commercial partnerships, and becoming very familiar with the needs and challenges of the start-up community.

At Lemania Law, he regularly assists both corporate and private clients with all aspects Swiss Law, with a focus on civil and commercial law.

Damien Ledermann holds a Bachelor and a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Fribourg as well as a Bachelor in Business Administration from the Royal Holloway, University of London. He has obtained a Certificate in International Trust Management and is a member of the STEP – Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

French native speaker, he is fluent in English and has a good command of German.
