Oliver Chappaz

Born in Switzerland in 1975, Oliver has been practicing in the field of tax and estate planning since 1998, having worked for international banks and law firms in London and Geneva prior to founding Lemania. He has also worked as a private banker in Geneva. Oliver specializes in trusts and estates, residency issues, and relinquishment of nationality for US nationals. He holds a LLM in Tax from the University of Geneva, is a member of the Louisiana Bar, the Swiss lawyers self-regulatory body (SRO SAV), the International Fiscal Association and is a visiting teacher in Tax at the Swiss banking school ISFB.

Raphaël Reinhardt

Raphaël Reinhardt is a corporate lawyer with substantial judiciary experience. He is a Certified Specialist SBA (Swiss Bar Association) Inheritance Law. Counsel to legal entities and individuals in the fields of Corporate Law, Inheritance Law, Contracts, Bank Law, Torts Law, Employment & Labour Law.

He regularly represents legal entities and indivuals before courts. Raphaël Reinhardt is a member of several professional organizations, including the Swiss Bar Association, Ordre des Avocats de Genève and the International Association of Young Lawyers.


Marc-Ariel Zacharia

Marc-Ariel Zacharia graduated from the University of Fribourg School of Law in 2002 and then was admitted to the Geneva Bar. In 2009, he obtained his Master in real estate from the Institute of Real Estate Studies of Geneva (IEI) (Institut d’Etudes Immobilières de Genève). Since 2018, he is a Certified Specialist SBA (Swiss Bar Association) Construction and Real Estate Law.

After having worked for several law firms in Geneva in the areas of tax and real estate law, he joined LEMANIA LAW AVOCATS as Partner in January 2012. 

Regularly advising real estate actors, individuals or SMEs, as well as private clients, he focuses his practice on contracts, business and corporate law, society law, construction law, property law, planning and zoning law, acquisition of real estate, as well as real estate taxation and litigation.

Marc-Ariel Zacharia is a member of the Geneva Bar Association, the Federal Swiss Bar Association, Swiss Lawyers Society and the Geneva Real Estate Association (Chambre genevoise immobilière).

He also actively participates in various Geneva associations, particularly as President of «Le Lien d’Israël», President of Geneva Artillery Society and editor-in-chief of the Bulletin of the Geneva Military Society.

French and Russian native speaker, he is fluent in English and has a good command in German.

Alexandre Bardot

Alexandre Bardot is an Attorney-at-law, member of the Paris Bar and Geneva Bar (EU list). He holds a Ph. D degree (Dr. Iur.) in Tax Law from University of Geneva and Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. He is a recognized International Tax Planning expert, having a broad experience in tax, private banking and corporate issues regarding Swiss, Luxembourg and foreign entities. He regularly advises individuals and corporate clients on complex domestic and cross-border matters. He is also considered as a leading expert in Swiss-French tax matters.

He specifically advises Private clients and international families in relocation projects (residence and /or work permits) in Switzerland and other countries (UK, Portugal, Luxembourg etc). Alexandre Bardot regularly advises on voluntary disclosure procedures as well, in particular in Switzerland.

Alexandre Bardot has gained extensive experience both in Luxembourg and Switzerland with a focus on services to private clients and families, starting his carrier with SocGen Group, before joining Deloitte, a Big 4 company as a Senior Manager in the Tax & Corporate Services department. Alexandre joined UBS in Geneva in 2005 as an Executive Director in the Wealth Planning department, before joigning Lemania Law Avocats. He is a visiting teacher at the Swiss banking school (ISFB) in Geneva and also teaches at University of Geneva (LLM Tax). He is a member of the board of several associations and foundations of charitable and public interest. Alexandre Bardot is also a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA), member of the Geneva Bar Association (ODAGE), member of the Swiss Lawyers Federation (SFA) and member of the French Swiss Chamber of commerce and industry (CFSCI).
